Don't Look

Eurydice and Orpheus love each other. They are 99% certain. But Orpheus is 100% committed to his art, so where does that leave Eurydice? When a tragic accident gives her a fresh start, Eurydice must choose whether to stay with what’s familiar or strike out on her own. A love story and adventure across life and death, Don’t Look is a modern take on the ancient myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, told through memory, technology, and poetry.

Don't Look, written by Gina Doherty and directed by Emmi Hilger, was produced in Chicago by Something Marvelous and ran from June 17—July 3, 2016 at The Den Theatre.

"Expertly done... the performances by all the actors are fantastic and emotionally rich."
-Quinn Delaney, PlaylistHQ
